(Don't see a bouquet in your colors? All our bouquets are made by request. Each bouquet pictured belongs to the wedding of another couple. You may request a sample bouquet to be done in your colors for a fee 50% fee. If you decide to purchase, pay the remaining balance and shipping. Samples are not shipped unless paid in full. If you change your mind on the colors and want a sample in another color, you will be required to purchase another sample.)

What are the flowers made of?
All our bouquets are made of real touch or silk flowers.
Can I have jewelry on my bouquet?
Most of our bouquets come with a jewelry option and a no jwelry option. If you wish to have jewelry for your bouquet, please choose an option with jewelry.
How do I know what color I am getting?
You customize your order by telling us which colors you want your flowers or items to be.
Where do I add my details?
Details can be added in the order special instructions box.
When will I receive my order?
Shipping typically takes 2-3 weeks. In busier seasons, it can take 4-6 weeks. We also offer delayed shipping.
What if I need to change my colors?
There will be a $150 charge incurred for any changed what need to be made for your order after 48 hours of the order being placed.
Can I see my item before you ship?
I do everything by what is specified on your order special details. I will confirm once more before beginning your order. I will send a picture upon completion.
Can I cancel my order?
You have up to 24 hours after your order has been placed to cancel. No cancellations permissible after 24 hours.
Can I return an Item?
All our items are custom made and we do not accept any returns for any reason. All sales are final.
I had someone drop out of my wedding.
It is unfortunate that your party size changed, unfortunately all sales are final and after 48 hours, your items were purchased from our supplier. We cannot make changed to your order and will ship out your original order with all the items order.
