  • Processing and Shipping

    Your order will be shipped no less than 6 weeks prior to your wedding date unless you request an earlier time. All packages are shipped through USPS and all packages are insured.

  • Color Changes

    Should you need to change your wedding colors and work has already began on your order, there will be a color change fee assessed.

  • Returns

    All our products are customized and personalized. A Gorgeous Gem LLC does not accept any returns of any kind.
